Join the Roame Affiliate Program and receive a 70% commission per new user that pays for the Friends of Roame subscription.
- For monthly subscriptions, affiliates can earn commissions for up to 12 months if the user they refer continues their subscription for all 12 months.

By joining the Roame Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

The Roame Affiliate Program is an indefinite promotion offer run by Roame. We reserve the right to terminate or amend the terms of this promotion at any time.

Each time a new user successfully and completely signs up using your unique referral link, you will receive a commission for 70% of each subscription payment up to 12 months for monthly subscription payments or the first year for annual subscription payments.

All content must be limited to affiliate's own publications, websites, and/or social media channels. Posting spam content on third party websites is NOT ALLOWED. For avoidance of doubt, posting affiliate links and promo codes on REDDIT IS EXPLICITLY NOT ALLOWED. Roame reserves the sole right to determine which content is considered spam. All commissions earned from spam content will be void and affiliate may lose access to the Roame affiliate program.

Commissions are considered pending for 45 days until they're considered due (payable) to account for any refunds or other payment issues. Within 30 days after the end of the month, Roame will: (1) calculate your total commission and (2) pay you the total commission that was earned and owed. New users must have never signed up for a Friends of Roame subscription in the past and can only redeem one referral offer when signing up. Roame will only send payments to you if your total commission exceeds $25.

Roame reserves the right to audit referrals for abuse; we may remove any commissions from your account that are, in our sole determination, the result of abuse or fraud. If your referral initiates a credit card dispute or used a fraudulent payment method, we may remove the commission from your account or may reduce your future commission payouts until we recover the underpayment.

In the event of a dispute regarding the calculation of your total commission, only Roame’s (or its third party’s) tracking information, data, records, and reports will control the calculation of the total commission.

Affiliates are solely responsible for any fees, charges, deductions, currency conversion costs, or taxes incurred through PayPal or any other payment processor or financial institution in connection with receiving commission payments. 

Roame reserves the right to change the affiliate rules and program at any time for any reason.

If your referral does not use your link when signing up, we cannot credit your account. Referrals must convert within 30 days after visiting Roame with your link in order to be attributed to the affiliate.

1. Affiliate Promotional Codes

1.1 Definition. "Affiliate Code" means any discount, coupon, or promotional code created, generated, or configured by Affiliate through the Roame platform, regardless of the discount value or terms associated with it.

1.2 Code Standards. Affiliate is solely responsible for every Affiliate Code it creates, publishes, distributes, or promotes. Affiliate shall not create, publish, distribute, or promote any Affiliate Code that:

(a) states, implies, or could reasonably be understood to imply a discount amount, percentage, value, eligibility, or set of terms that differs in any respect from the discount the Affiliate Code actually delivers, including any code whose name or accompanying content references a numeric or percentage value that does not match the actual discount;

(b) uses or incorporates the terms "Welcome," "Official," "Roame," "Promo," or any other term, name, brand, or trademark of Roame, or any term that states or implies that the Affiliate Code is an official, first-party, or Roame-issued promotion rather than a code created by Affiliate;

(c) uses, incorporates, replicates, resembles, or is otherwise designed to evoke the name, brand, trademark, or promotional code of any third party, including any other affiliate, partner, competitor, or rewards or travel service, or is otherwise intended to capture search, referral, or other traffic associated with such third party;

(d) is generic or non-distinctive in a manner likely to be confused with a first-party Roame offer or with the offer of any third party; or

(e) remains published, displayed, distributed, or promoted on any property after the Affiliate Code has expired, been deactivated, or been disabled, or after Affiliate's receipt of written notice from Roame directing its removal.

1.3 Maintenance. Affiliate shall promptly remove each Affiliate Code from all of Affiliate's properties and channels upon the code's expiration or deactivation, upon termination of this Agreement, or upon written notice from Roame.

1.4 Continuing Representation. Affiliate represents and warrants, on a continuing basis for so long as any Affiliate Code remains published or in use, that every Affiliate Code it creates, publishes, distributes, or promotes complies with this Section 1.

1.5 Remedies. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any sign-up, subscription, sale, conversion, or other commissionable event generated through, attributed to, or in connection with an Affiliate Code that violates this Section 1 is not commissionable. Roame may, in its sole discretion: (i) withhold, reverse, or recover any commission or other compensation attributable to such activity, including by offset against any current or future amounts otherwise payable to Affiliate; (ii) deactivate or disable any non-compliant Affiliate Code; and (iii) suspend or terminate Affiliate's participation in the affiliate program and this Agreement, with or without notice. The remedies in this Section are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other remedies available to Roame at law, in equity, or under this Agreement, and this Section survives termination or expiration of this Agreement.
